No Missed Calls TX provides automated lead capture, CRM setup, and communication workflows specifically designed for HVAC businesses. Our services include but are not limited to SMS text-back setups, calendar integrations, and follow-up automations.
3. Pricing and Payment
Our services are billed on a month-to-month basis at the agreed-upon rate. There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Payments are non-refundable for the current billing cycle once processed.
4. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, maintaining compliance with all local and federal communication laws (including TCPA regulations for SMS marketing), and ensuring your connected phone numbers and accounts remain in good standing.
5. Limitation of Liability
No Missed Calls TX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
6. SMS Terms & Conditions
By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from No Missed Calls TX.
- Purpose: We send automated alerts for missed calls and service inquiries.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies.
- Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP". After you send "STOP", we will send you a confirmation message.
